Ellwood Capital’s CEO Paul Ellwood
Paul started his professional career in the Human Resources field as a generalist in several manufacturing businesses. Almost by accident he found his way to the pharmaceutical and biotech world supporting all functional areas of the business. His last roles were with startup companies literally helping to build the company from seed funding to launching products. He particularly liked the fast paced, ever-changing and “better know your stuff and deliver results” environments. At the same time, he dabbled in real estate with an eye to his next career. Venture capital funding drying up and the Covid pandemic helped speed that time line along significantly.
Moving to SW Florida gave him the opportunity to begin his real estate career primarily with new home construction. However, he soon determined that the best opportunity to make a difference in the market was in the funding arena – enter Ellwood Capital! Paul believes there is a capital and service void for smaller contractors and firms (and investors) to financially compete with bigger firms when it comes to creative financing options for their real estate projects.

Regardless of the loan type there is always a 3% Broker fee which is standard in the industry.
